As she followed herself down the pitch-black hall of the pyramid, guided by the Feeling and her new sense of sight, she could see her love walking beside her in the void. She long to be with him, to feel his flesh against her own. She could feel his longing for her, his eagerness. It turned her on. Meanwhile her future self walked before her, aging quickly and decaying until she was merely bones bending forward to kiss a skull situated in an exalted position upon the crest of a beautiful arrangement of skeletons. The skeleton in front held a knife in the left hand while the right hand was raised in a fist. The skeleton behind and above displayed it's left hand with the palm facing forwards. The right hand was held above the fist of the other skeleton with its thumb touching its index finger. Another skeleton was kneeling to the left and displayed a feather. Our maiden's future self had taken her place on the right kneeling in a symmetrical position to the skeleton on the left. As our maiden approached her destiny a single beam of moonlight illuminated the chamber falling upon the face of the exalted skull. She knelt for a kiss.
